Senior Youth Worker (30 hours a week, 1yr Fixed Term)
£32,000 pro rata | New Cross
Somerville is at an exciting stage: with a strong foundation of funding in place, we are building and broadening our offer around young people’s own ideas and passions.
The Senior Youth Worker will bring this to life day to day, with an ethos of adventure play and high-quality, reflective youth work practice.
The role will work closely with the CEO and will combine direct delivery with supporting the development of a positive organisational culture, leading a team of youth workers, safeguarding oversight and strategic oversight of our youth offer.
We’re looking for: Senior Youth Worker (30 hours per week, 1 year Fixed Term)
Plus a 5% employers pension contribution.
This contract is a fixed term of 1 year, but may be extended depending on performance and securing of further funding.
The post holder will be required to work all School Holidays.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
