We have a number of flexible spaces available for hire – ideal for parties, meetings, art classes, sports and games, events and exhibitions, performances and exhibitions, training and IT sessions. Our bright, modern building is fully wheelchair accessible, with lift access to the first floor.

Spaces for hire
- Upper level hall. This modern, adaptable space on the first floor accommodates up to 120 people. Popular with our customers for sports, dance and drama, meetings, workshops and classes.
- Ground floor hall – for up to 80 people. A large open area and adjoining kitchen with serving hatch. Large windows look out onto our outdoor play area. Perfect for birthday parties, anniversaries, dinners and other special occasions. You can also add our art room and meeting room to your hire.
- Outdoor play area. Somerville’s famous adventure playground is much-loved by local groups, families and schools. It is great for active play and can be hired for parties and P.E. lessons.
- Meeting room. With a flexible layout and a suite of computers, this ground floor space is ideal for sit-down meetings, training and workshops for up to eight people.
- Art room. A space for all kinds of creative activities – including painting and drawing, knitting and sewing, interior design, sculpture. We welcome creative educators, as well as families needing an arts space for children’s parties.
